Red Snapper It iS ! This time round, i have marinated with local malay spices. Fish curry powder, tumeric powder, coriander seed, chilli powder, tangerine juice ( calamansi ), shallot, garlic and aniseed. Leave them for 2 hrs in the chiller and dump all that into a baking tray and baked for 20 minutes at 160 C.
Been a long time since i blog. Some personal problem and all sort of sh**tty things. Will blog soon on my coming so called trial exam for my Dip in Hotel Mgmt. Planning to do French Onion Soup Au Gratin, Grilled Chicken Breast with Gazpacho Salsa and Bombay Potato and for dessert something boring like Citrus Butter Cake.
