FooDcrazEE - eats - GuangZhou Chef's Roast Goose

Was called for dinner last night just before Audrey a.k.a. BlueGal. Chatted with her a long time ago in IRC Dalnet #Malaysia but havent met her before this.

We had a late dinner at about 2145 hours. I am really fortunate to sample the Roast Goose of our invited Guest Chef from Guangzhou - Chef Tu. You can check out GuangZhou Barbeque Promotion website.

Overall - 8.5 / 10 - What a delish meal I had.

    Siew Ngo is my fav - everytime I go HK, I always stuff my face with it. Coincidentally I made chai poh omelette for lunch but the chef's version looks entirely different from mine.

    hello everyone, just got back from my day off and wow! thanx for the comment.

    Pic quality dropped as I tends to forget to bring my camera with me....so, just use the phone camera which is only 1 stupid megapixel and with a noob like me, u guys know...chuckle..more post to come.
