A friend Chef of mine came out with this new dish for a HAWAIIAN theme function that I helped out. I was fascinated with this creation of his as it was excellent in terms of colour, taste and presentation

Look at those colour. Dont they remind you of tropical country ?

Top left - Banana Terrine with Banana Chips
Centre - Poach Prawn in Papaya Soup with sliced fresh Papaya and fruit salsa
Bottom Right - Fresh Pineapple rings - grilled with butter and filled with fruit salsa.
