Had some salmon on hand and wife yearns for something different and easy digestion. The uterus or is it placenta is expanding and pushing her stomach making her feeling bloaty.
Decided after her approval to make them into mousse. Usual stuff in it.
Salmon
Cream
Salt and white pepper
Some onion
Fresh dill
Kiwi - for coulis
Tomato - blend for sauce
Just blend all ingredient and season. You can add almost anything you wish.
Anyway, just look at the picture and figure it out. LOLZ
