Well, its time for me to blog after leaving for quite some times and been busy yesterday updating all my paperworks and reading other blog as well.
Went back to my MIL's place and the first meal we cooked was a very simple meal of porridge.......Yeah..plain white porridge with french bean omelette, stirfried roast pork with a lil dark soy sauce and stirfried choy sum....
Ingredient
French Bean Omelette
100gm French Bean - de stalk and cut into rings of abt 2mm.
3 egg - chicken egg
a lil soil
seasoning
1 Beat up the egg with seasoning. Ensure it rises *frothy*
2 Sauteed the french bean with a lil olive oil till transluscent.
3 Pour egg over the beans and roll your pan to ensure uniform.
4 Flip and cook for another minute or so.
Voila -
Next on the line -
Stir Fried Roast Pork with Dark Soy sauce
1 Heat Up Pan
2 No Oil - dump the roast pork and sauteed.
3 add a lil dark soy sauce for colouring and flavouring
4 Served Hot
As for the choy sum.......dont need recipe. Just cut them up to ur desired sizes and sauteed with garlic. Sprinkle with some sea salt.
The Salted Egg - just place them in the pot and boil with the porridge lar......

hmmm, french bean omelette, i've never tried that! gotta do that sometime, looks yummy!
thanx stefoodie for dropping by. Do try the omelette. It is crunchy. U canalso substitute with long beans but it wont be as crunchy.....lolz

rabbit, of course u can. Its easy but do cook the porridge and let is stand for abt an hour before you reheat and eat....better taste. Tips frm me executive chef..both mum and mum in law ( MIL )
