Baby French Bean with Minced Meat & Dried Chilli

Oops! Wrong picture.......just kidding, ok.....now that I got your attention, chuckle ! Here's the recipe for what I have cooked for my dinner.

Baby French Bean - 150 gm - trimmed
Minced Chicken Meat - 80 gm
Dried Chilli - 4 - 6 pieces ( cut into 1 cm in size )
Oil
Seasoning

Season the minced chicken meat with some soy sauce and white pepper, a little sesame oil and a touch of corn flour. Leave for 10 minutes. Heat up wok. Pour some oil in from the side. Sauteed the minced meat and halfway thru, dump in the dried chilli. Add a little dark soy sauce for colouring and caramelized. Chuck the pre boiled baby french bean in and stir fry till just cooked. About 1 minute or so. Total cooking time less than 4 minutes.

Easy, right ?

Sorry for the blurry picture.....using stupid phone camera...

Cheers !
