Ouch ! Only 3.....there are many that I have bookmarked but since its only 3, lets see.......
One is from Babe in the City - KL with her version of Cooling Drinks for Hot Weather IX - Double-boiled Pear and White Fungus With Red Dates

Two - recipe from Hoang Tam of Playing with food with the Viet version of Bánh Bò Mã Lai (Hong Kong Style Malaysian Steamed Sponge Cake). I might have to modified the recipe using Brown Sugar or maybe Gula Melaka instead.

Lastly, the recipe from the tagger herself, ..........Pushpa with her version of Kuih Bingka Ubi . I'm a noob when it comes to these local delicacies such as Malay Kuih or whatever that need baking. Since this kuih is steamed.....then I might do it during my day off.
