yummy, my fav! but i have control myself on these intake, so it's once a week thing for me :)
Pork knuckles are not easily available. Only selected chinese restaurants and the other place I have tried is at Deutsche Bierhaus.
We have pickled pig's feet, not too bad really, but I haven't seen any pig Knuckles. None of the pig was wasted...
WOW!!! Pork knuckle....one of my favourite, especially when cooked with black vinegar. My mom doesn't really encourage us to eat it, but I think if it's only once in a while, it should be alright! Nice one!!
