Mee Hoon Kueh

I am the luckiest man on earth. My wife cooked Ban Mian or better known as Pan Meen or Mee Hoon Kueh in Malaysia.

I wont be dwelling into this. So, drool over the picture. Chuckle !

Cheers !

hehehe..she does cook once in a blue moon.

As for the camera - still thinking. Guess eventually, we will go for Sony T30 as we prefer them compact.

Wah, makes me want to go to the hawker centre and get my own bowl. Lucky man you are!

Bet that wasn't easy to make. Just looking at mee hoon kueh stalls roll that noodle over and over again in that little machine sure looks tough. To me, most important is crispy ikan bilis and nice chilli sauce. ;)

That does look tempting. BTW your Vietnamese Fish recipe worked out well, though I was forced to make some modifications...

hi :) just thought about you so decided to come in.

if you like panmeen, try midvalley foodcourt, the one on the 2nd floor, not the top floor one. it's really really good
