Pan Fried Fillet of Pork
Havent been in for a long time and thankfully ppl are still reading me blog......
SORRY GUYS - commitment ....
Anyway, its about a whole fillet of pork
100 gm ginger
30 gm shallots
2 cloves garlic
brown sugar
salt
dash of chinese rice wine
Blend and mixed all the ingredient. Marinade the fillet for about 2 hours. Heat up a pan, lil oil over low heat and pan fried both side till cook.
Slice and served.
