Boring old thing but I add a lil lemongrass into the recipe for more oomph
We will need
chicken - cube
dark soy sauce
Brown the chicken or blanch them in oil.
Saute the dried chilli, lemongrass and onion for about 1 minute and add in chicken. Continue for another minute and add in oyster sauce and dark soy sauce.
Stir fry again and add in the cashew nuts,spring onion and white pepper.
The rest is history. . . .
