For extra zest , did some modified gazpacho salsa with canned peach. Use the syrup instead of adding sugar. Its refreshing after u chilled them up. Kinda crunchy too. Used cherry tomato in place of normal tomato.
With the left over tomato rice i use dat day, i mixed them up with raisins, crushed cashew nuts, fried shallot refried them with some chopped garlic. Stuffed them into the red squid and boil them in vege broth. I was in them midst of straining the broth to cook up squid veloute sauce for the squid. Kinda fishy smell for the veloute, so , my friend said. Told them its better than fish stock which is more fishy as we used fish *lolz* So this is squidy smell ? *chuckle* Modifed the sauce with added white wine, crushed black pepper, fried shallot and fried garlic with lil lemon juice .
