Started my sem 3 for Dip in Htl Mgmt......Rooms Division....sigh...luckily they asked us to do our own R&D for Kitchen Production. Yeah! Can cook all over again.
This time round, it was my colleague's turn to cook after his R&D. Came up with Stuffed Chicken Breast with Spinach in Cheese Sauce. His appetizer was prawn salad with pasta in Own Creation Dressing. I was like wow! own creation - he cheated. He uses Italian and then added some fresh herbs into his dressing. Not own creation but never mind......
His dessert was supposed to be a drink - Winter Fruit Freeze. Somehow he screwed up and came to me. As usual, i helped out, cant help it, its just me. They blend all ingredient - banana, raspberry ( it was sour, so replaced with strawberry ),lemon juice and sugar syrup. Add in gelatin and chill to set. Since they cant use a glass to present, it left them one choice, use a knife or a cutter to cut them and then place them on a plate and chill again.

The winter fruit freeze with orange coulis and strawberry jam....chuckle
